What You Will Be Doing

• Overtake recruitment, development, growth, and performance management of independent agencies in the designated territory.
• Create and implement strategies to boost sales, increase market presence, and promote the agency opportunity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for independent agencies, manage relationships, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate across departments to achieve growth and profitability objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Working knowledge of the insurance product portfolio.
• Experience with underwriting, claims handling, risk assessment, recruiting methodologies, and performance management.
• Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Capacity to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience typically required.
• Relevant industry designations may be preferred.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
