About the role
Join the leading performance-driven advertising company and a proud Great Place to Work® Certified employer in the US. As an Agency Development Director on the Agency Development team, you'll lead Taboola's North American agency development strategy for 2-3 holding companies, working closely with our Director of Agency Development on overall coverage and strategy while operating with autonomy on your book.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow Taboola's relationships with your assigned US agency holding company portfolio, trading desks, and key agency subsidiaries, serving as the primary strategic partner and lead relationship owner.
- Map and engage agency organizations at executive level—building relationships across trading desk leadership, programmatic heads, and key decision-makers within your portfolio.
- Drive agency enablement through trainings, workshops, and strategic roadshows—educating stakeholders on Taboola's platform capabilities and positioning Taboola as a core partner across the agency ecosystem.
- Partner with agencies on cobranded marketing, thought leadership, tentpole activation, and event activations within your portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Taboola's sales teams to connect agency relationships to the right opportunities, helping convert agency enthusiasm into measurable revenue outcomes.
- Lead commercial agreements (e.g., trading agreements, incentive structures, rate cards) from concept to signature, where they meaningfully advance strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
- Gather market intelligence and relay agency feedback to internal teams — including product, marketing, and GTM — to continuously sharpen Taboola's agency offering.
- Represent Taboola at key industry events and in the broader agency community, leading the charge to turn around legacy perceptions of Taboola by taking a proactive approach on reeducation.

- An ambitious entrepreneurial mindset. A love of building relationships and executing strategy with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating or structuring JBPs, MSAs, or similar enterprise-level commercial agreements.
- Comfort with frequent travel (typically 2+ domestic trips per month for 1-2 nights, with occasional longer trips).
