About the role

We are not looking for a traditional insurance CSR. We are looking for someone who can help a growing agency provide an exceptional client experience while helping create opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Help clients feel welcomed and taken care of
• Complete follow-ups and onboarding items on time
• Organize the agency owner's calendar
• Identify opportunities for additional coverage
• Keep tasks current and organized
• Ensure clients receive exceptional service
• Make the agency run smoother

• Must either be currently licensed in P&C or willing to get licensed within 90 days
