Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agriculture equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot all diesel technology systems and components, such as hydraulics, electrical, and power trains.
  • Opportunity for overtime as needed (overtime rates apply).
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Commit to lifelong learning and training to stay current with industry standards and product updates.
  • Opportunity to travel to other Butler and customer locations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Proficient in computer technology and strong organizational skills.
  • Preferred ability to meet and maintain insurability standards to drive a company vehicle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Preferred degree or certificate in a related field or equivalent applicable experience.
  • Applied knowledge of basic mechanical theory.
  • Required to be 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
