Ag/Commercial Loan Officer

About the role

This is a $450 million community bank in West of Omaha, NE that's in a strong growth mode and is adding another loan officer to its team. They are seeking an Agricultural Loan Officer who will also be doing Commercial Loans. This individual will have some support from a credit analyst at this branch.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships within the community
• Manage a portfolio of loans totaling $30 million
• Use Moody's credit software
• Participate in leadership and continuous training within the Holding Company

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in agricultural and commercial lending
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in agricultural or commercial lending
• Knowledge of Moody's credit software

Skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
