About the role
The Yuba City After School Program Facilitator program runs from August 12, 2026 to June 4, 2027. The schedule includes Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, with Saturdays off.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum
- Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior
- Partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment
- Show up consistently as a role model who helps students build confidence and social skills
Requirements
- Experience coaching, playing sports, working in education, or leading youth in any setting
- Ability to engage in constant movement, sitting, standing, running, and moving on uneven terrain
- Pass a Live Scan Background check and TB screening
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

Pay
$23 per hour
Schedule
Monday: 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: No Work
Additional Requirements
