About the role
We are seeking a warm, energetic, and organized afterschool babysitter for our three children in South Orange, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Pick up two younger children (ages 6 and 7) from school and drive them to activities such as soccer
- Help with snacks, homework, and maintaining a structured after-school environment
- Assist with children’s dinner and bedtime routines, including bathing the youngest
- Monitor the 11-year-old, who arrives home on his own after sports
Schedule
- Regular hours: Monday to Friday from 3/3:30 PM to 7/7:30 PM during the school year
- Possible requests for earlier or additional evening or weekend hours
Pay
Rate is approximately $28 per hour.
