Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to a first-grade student during afternoon hours.
- Assist with various educational activities and tasks as directed by the teacher.
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment for the student's academic growth and development.
- Collaborate with the teacher to implement planned lessons and activities.
- Maintain a safe and organized learning space.
- Monitor and encourage student engagement and participation.
- Follow established school policies and procedures.
- Exhibit patience, empathy, and understanding towards the student.
- Proactively communicate with the teacher regarding any concerns or updates.
