Responsibilities

• Supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill building activities
• Bringing Recipients into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals
• Working in clients' homes to provide care
• Supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Following care plans

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
