Afternoon Caregiver

We are looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients in their homes, supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities. You will also bring them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. Full- and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to Recipients in their homes
• Assist with skill-building activities tailored to each individual
• Facilitate community outings to help Recipients achieve personal goals
• Encourage and empower Recipients to thrive in their daily lives

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
