Afternoon Babysitter for Two Young Girls

About the role

We are a family in Chicago, IL seeking a responsible college student to care for our two daughters, ages 7 and 5, from 2:45 pm to 5:30 pm on Mondays and Thursdays. Additional opportunities may be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays if you are available.

Responsibilities

• Pick up the girls from school
• Provide snacks and help with homework
• Light cleanup around the home
• Prepare lunch or snacks for the next day
• Transport the girls to after-school activities or playdates using our family SUV (driving may be required in poor weather)

Requirements

• Experience caring for children of similar age
• Minimum of 2 references
• Good driving record (required to use our family SUV)

Location & Schedule

• Sauganash neighborhood, Chicago, IL (6-minute drive from NEIU college campus)
• Mondays and Thursdays, 2:45 pm – 5:30 pm (additional days possible)

Pay

$20/hr – $25/hr based on experience and qualifications
