Afternoon Babysitter for School-age Children

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and engaging babysitter to care for our two children, a 6-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy, on Fridays for the remainder of the summer.

Responsibilities

• Provide lunch and snacks
• Help the kids with cleanup
• Manage their schedule
• Keep them occupied with games and summer bridge school work throughout the day

Requirements

The job takes place in Norfolk, VA and requires your presence from 12:00 PM to 08:00 PM, starting on Friday, July 17, 2026.

Qualifications

No driving, feeding, bathing, or bedtime routines are involved in this position. Enthusiasm for creating a fun and educational environment is essential.
