Afternoon Babysitter for School Age Children

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and energetic babysitter for our three children: a 9-year-old boy, an 11-year-old girl, and a 5-year-old boy. The position is located in Boston, MA.

Schedule

Monday, August 24, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist with driving the children to local practices
• Prepare simple meals
• Engage the kids in activities and homework

No bedtime routines will be required during this time.

Requirements

• Previous experience with school-age children (preferred)
• Comfort around pets (our household includes a friendly old Labrador and a sweet cat)
• Ability to drive (most transportation will be managed by the family)

Additional opportunities

We are also interested in afternoon nannying throughout the school year to help our house run smoothly. This could involve further opportunities to assist with the duties mentioned above.
