Afternoon Babysitter for Older Children

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and engaging babysitter for Wednesday afternoons to care for our two children, ages 12 and 9, in Hartford, CT. This is an early-dismissal day from their school in West Hartford. This is a short and recurring job. We have a friendly dog who enjoys meeting new people and a fenced backyard for easy pet care.

Responsibilities

• Picking children up from school or meeting them off the bus
• Assisting with homework
• Providing a simple snack
• Keeping children entertained away from screens until their extracurricular activities

• Must be comfortable with a friendly dog
