About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented babysitter for our 5-year-old son in Durham, near NCSSM. The position begins on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 4:45 PM and ends at 6:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Picking him up from his kindergarten program at 1 PM
- Encouraging quiet activities
- Walking him to his aftercare program a little after 2 PM
- Light housekeeping tasks such as dishes, kitchen reset, dinner prep, and tidying common areas or kids' spaces to help keep our evenings running smoothly
Qualifications
- Comfortable working independently
- Clean driving record
- Okay with pets (we have a 9-year-old Australian Shepherd named Matilda)
