Afternoon Babysitter for Infant

About the role

We are seeking a caring and attentive babysitter for our 8‑month‑old son, Noah, in Hartford, CT. Noah is a happy and active baby who loves attention, is teething and enjoys contact naps, and is exclusively breastfed (a parent will be present for feeding times).

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for Noah.
• Offer attention and comfort, especially during teething and contact naps.
• Supervise Noah while a parent handles feeding (breastfeeding).

Requirements

• Responsible, caring, and attentive to an infant’s needs.
• Patient and comfortable with teething infants and contact napping.
• Comfortable around cats (there is a cat in the home; no dogs).
• No driving, feeding, bathing, or bedtime‑routine duties required.
