Afternoon Babysitter for 3-Year-Old

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and friendly babysitter for our 3.5‑year‑old son on Sunday, October 25th, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM in New York, NY. The primary responsibility will be to accompany him to a birthday party running from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The event includes lunch, snacks, activities, and games. Our son is well‑behaved and enjoys meeting new people, though we will need assistance with toileting as accidents can occur.

Responsibilities

• Accompany the child to the birthday party (11:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and supervise him during lunch, snacks, activities, and games.
• Provide toileting assistance as needed.
• Ensure the child’s safety and comfort throughout the event.
• Meet the family at the party location; no driving or transportation is required.
• Hand off the child to the parents at the end of the shift (7:00 PM).

Requirements

• Experience caring for toddlers/preschool‑age children.
• Comfortable assisting with toileting and potential accidents.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow the family’s instructions.
• Friendly, patient demeanor; enjoys engaging with children.

Sunday, October 25th, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (party attendance 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
