Afternoon and Evening Babysitter

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and engaging babysitter with flexibility in the afternoons and evenings to help care for our three daughters, ages 12, 8, and 5, in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Managing the children's activities
• Pick-ups
• Homework assistance
• Preparing simple dinners as needed
• Driving the children
• Feeding the children

This job does not involve bathing or bedtime routines.

Requirements / Qualifications

• College student preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing weekly and seasonal schedules
• Own transportation
• Live near Georgetown and American Universities (highly desired)
• Comfortable with large dogs (Labrador and GSP mix)

Schedule

Position starts on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
