Afternoon ABA Therapist in Home

About the role

Join our dynamic team at Social Circle ABA and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/BT-ABA Therapist to work with our afternoon therapy team in-home.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change
• Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments

Requirements

• BT experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for data collection and reporting
