Aftermarket Spares Technical Analyst

About the role

Testek is seeking a highly motivated Aftermarket Spares Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. This onsite role will involve a combination of technical ability, analysis, and business acumen to drive the growth of our company through existing partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess motivation, self-starter, technical knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support business and customer goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, process purchase orders, and coordinate shipment
• Identify the correct replacement part(s) and/or solution
• Compose all costs and analyze/prepare a final proposal
• Execute sales process from quotation to shipment while working with other teams as required
• Serve as the bridge between the customer and other functional areas to satisfy customer requests
• Balance existing and new inquiries
• Ensure objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage risks and proactively resolve any challenges that arise during the process

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and/or prints
• Consistent communication with status updates and prompt responses for customer inquiries
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• Ability to work autonomously and consistently follow up (required)
• Desire to exceed expectations

Skills

• Hydraulic, Mechanical or Electrical experience on complex machines (a plus)
