A Snapshot of Your Day

  • Participate in the disassembly, transportation, and installation of large turbine components.
  • Apply expertise across multiple turbine platforms and configurations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure safe, compliant, and timely project execution.
  • Travel extensively across North America, including remote wind farm locations.

  • Travel across the U.S. and Canada to support wind turbine operations on multiple platforms.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment focused on delivering safety, quality, and on-time results.
  • Perform major component change outs and other heavy lift services in the field.
  • Represent Siemens Energy by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction on every project.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, service-driven role that requires flexibility and accountability.
  • Contribute unique skills and perspectives to a diverse, high-performing field team.

What You Bring

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • At least 2 or more years’ experience in a related field such as rigging, or similar trade is desirable.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
  • Must have prior heavy lift experience and ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow within the company, and adapt to evolving field conditions.
  • Capable of working in confined spaces and following safety requirements (PPE, harnesses, etc.).
  • Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments, often in varying weather conditions.
  • Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and manual labor during component change outs.

Pay Range

The base salary range for this position is between $58,000.00 - $72,000.00.
