Responsibilities
- Deliver geographic gap closure actions with incremental sales accountability.
- Leverage data-driven analysis to provide strategic direction and tactical execution.
- Evaluate & optimize the network, drive footprint expansion, and align with Ford’s OGC on legal matters.
- Collaborate on national business plans, field support, and training.
- Support executive meetings and customer engagements with effective presentations.
- Identify growth opportunities, equip the field with insights, and address underperformance.
- Manage POs, communications, and systems compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of dealership contact experience
- Willingness and ability to relocate
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive aftermarket or fleet sectors
- Strong background in marketing, sales, service, and customer experience
- Deep knowledge and understanding of dealership operations and market representation
- Management-level or supervisory experience
- Excellent account management, relationship-building, and communication skills

Pay
$115,500 - $218,100
Schedule
Hybrid role, with the possibility of being onsite 4+ days per week in a Ford hub location.
