CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial & industrial roofing contractor with 100 offices and 3,500 employees. This full-time position is based in Lueders, TX and is open to varying levels of experience, offering career growth based on performance.

About the role

Frequent travel (80% - 100% overnight) to various job and office locations throughout the assigned region to conduct:

• On-site safety inspections
• Employee training
• Claim investigations

Overnight traveling includes out-of-town stays. Safety Specialists are part of the Operations & Risk Department and report directly to the Group Safety Manager. This position involves safety and risk management of multiple office locations and crews in the assigned region.

Requirements

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), or Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) – Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or 1-3 years of safety experience – Required
• OSHA 30 or authorized 10/30 hour trainer
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Fall Protection Training Competent Person Certification
• Ability to pass a One Source/FCA background check
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus)
• Strong investigative and communication skills
• Superb problem-solving skills

Pay

$85,000 - $105,000, based on education and experience.
