Bricks 4 Kidz is a global company that provides STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) education programs for children, using LEGO® bricks to teach complex concepts through hands-on building activities. The organization offers various programs including after-school classes, camps, workshops, and birthday parties. Their goal is to ignite curiosity, build problem-solving skills, and foster creativity in a fun and engaging way.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and teach STEM-based lessons using LEGO bricks, motors, and other robotics and coding kits.
  • Instruct children on computer programming, logic, and troubleshooting.
  • Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking through hands-on projects.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment for children, often ages 6-12.
  • Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a fun and educational experience.

Qualifications

  • Passion for working with children: A genuine interest in teaching and mentoring young students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to connect with children and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Enthusiasm and creativity: A creative personality and a passion for building, coding, and robotics.
  • Interest in STEM: Familiarity with concepts in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics is a plus.
  • Flexibility: The ability to work with a flexible schedule, as many roles are part-time and involve after-school hours or camps.
  • Transportation & vaild drivers license is a MUST (travel to different elementary schools).
