About the role
Assist the After-school Program in ensuring efficient operations and providing a safe and engaging environment for students.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in implementing program activities, supervising students, and maintaining clean and organized spaces.
- Collaborate with program staff to facilitate positive youth development and encourage socialization and learning opportunities.
- Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for students to thrive.
- Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians and assist with any necessary administrative tasks.
- Support program initiatives and ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experienced sitter
- Background checked
- Verified college enrollment
