About the Role

After-school provider near Ohio State, OH. Responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for students outside of school hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, socialization, and physical development
• Supervise students and ensure their well-being during program hours
• Collaborate with parents and school staff to support student's individual needs
• Maintain a clean and organized program space
• Maintain accurate attendance records
• Follow program policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must have relevant experience working with school-aged children
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proof of current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
