Duties
- Assists with roll call to ensure accountability for all students
- Affords assistance in planning and implementing student activities for assigned classes
- Maintains proper records
- Distributes snacks
- Supervises students during daily activities
- Maintains expectations for students’ behavior and safety and reports difficulties requiring disciplinary action to the Assistant Coordinator
- Attends and participates in After School Program staff meetings and required training sessions
- Maintains a good attendance record and informs the Assistant Coordinator of absences
- Follows appropriate procedures for emergencies such as student or staff health concerns, severe weather, suspected fire or facility issues
- Ensures adherence to good safety procedures
- Fulfills federal and state laws, as well as School Board policies
- Performs other duties as assigned
