After School Program Supervisor-Westfield
About the role
Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. seeks a full-time Program Supervisor for their After School Program in Westfield, MA.
Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, monitoring and supervising the staff and service delivery of the program
- Ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of the Agency and contracting sources
- Facilitating staff meetings and regular trainings
- Approving treatment plans and termination summaries
- Oversight of complete client intakes
- Providing clinical support and crisis intervention as needed
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services required
- At least 3 years of experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Qualifications
- Valid/active driver’s license
- Weekdays with some evening hours including frequent local travel
