After School Program Leader / Primary School Professional -Fairfield-Suisun, CA

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. As a Program Leader, you will inspire, spark curiosity, encourage creativity, foster a sense of community, warmth, and a deep sense of belonging for every child.

Locations

Cordelia, David Weir, Dover, Nelda Mundy, Suisun Valley, TK Anna Kyle, TK Fairview, TK Sullivan, and Tolenas

Schedule

Monday - Friday after school 1:30 to 6:00 PM.

Here's what you'll need:

- Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam. - Must be at least 18 years old. - Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. - Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs. - Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations. **If a candidate does not meet the educational requirement, they will need to complete the ParaPro testing process prior to being hired or starting in their position.**

What you'll do:

- Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more! - Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder. - Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents. - Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
