About the role

As a Program Leader in Lexington Elementary Schools (School Year 2026-2027), you will play a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. You will inspire, spark curiosity, encourage creativity, foster a sense of community, warmth, and promote a deep sense of belonging for every child in a dynamic environment that thrives on innovation, excitement, and adventure. The mission is to create an unforgettable experience for young minds, providing a sense of wonder and exploration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more.
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family‑oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 21 years old
• 6 months experience instructing children in a group setting

Pay

$17.00 per hour

Schedule

Part‑time, Monday through Friday afternoon; shifts are 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM, or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM based on attendance. No weekends.
