After-School Opportunity For Educators

About the role

We're seeking male educators and caregivers who want to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. Our program offers flexible hours and comprehensive paid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children using evidence-based techniques.
• Support clients in building life, communication, and social skills.
• Record session data and progress electronically.
• Collaborate closely with families and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Male candidates with a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training course.
• Commitment to at least 6 months in the role.
