After-School Nanny - Babysitter

About the role

Responsibilities

• Pick up children from school and ensure their safe transport home.
• Assist with homework, providing guidance and encouragement to foster learning.
• Plan and engage in creative activities that stimulate young minds.
• Prepare and serve nutritious snacks and meals, catering to dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring safety at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities and any concerns.
• Support children's emotional and social development through positive interaction and role modeling.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or a related field for at least three years.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring children's safety and well-being.
• Proven track record of fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both children and parents.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for school pickups and activity transport.
• Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings, adapting to family schedules.
• Ability to prepare nutritious snacks and meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.

Pay & Perks

• $20-25+/hr based on experience
• Actively Hiring in multiple zip codes within Broward County, Florida
• 8-20+ Hours a week positions available

Schedule

Flexible availability from 1 pm to 8 pm on weekdays. Most positions available look like Monday-Friday, 2-6 pm or 4-8 pm (20hrs/week).
