Responsibilities
- Lead games, sports, and recreational activities
- Plan crafts, STEM projects, and enrichment experiences
- Help students with homework and academic support
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Encourage teamwork, kindness, and respectful behavior
- Keep programs organized, safe, and fun
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Enjoys working with elementary-aged children
- Bright, enthusiastic, and patient personality
- Dependable and ready to lead by example
- Works well as part of a supportive team
- Willing to make a meaningful difference in the community
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a can-do spirit
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience working with children is a plus

Pay

Schedule
- Monday through Friday afternoons
- Typical shifts from 1:30 PM–5:30 PM
- Wednesday shifts begin around 12:30 PM for early-release schools
- No evenings
- No weekends
- No holiday shifts
