About the role
This role offers part-time work during afternoons, focusing on creating engaging environments for children to learn, play, and build friendships.
Responsibilities
- Lead games, sports, and recreational activities
- Plan crafts, STEM projects, and enrichment experiences
- Help students with homework and academic support
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Encourage teamwork, kindness, and respectful behavior
- Keep programs organized, safe, and fun
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. Enjoys working with elementary-aged children, bringing enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude, being dependable, and ready to lead by example.
Qualifications
Dependable and ready to lead by example, works well as part of a supportive team, wants to make a meaningful difference in their community, and is eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate).

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday afternoons, typical shifts from 1:30 PM–5:30 PM, Wednesday shifts begin around 12:30 PM for early-release schools, no evenings, no weekends, no holiday shifts.
