About the role
Spend your afternoons leading games, making kids laugh, helping with homework, and making a real difference. When school ends, the adventure begins.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for keiki
- Lead outdoor games and indoor activities
- Help with homework and academic projects
- Organize group activities and encourage teamwork
- Mentor and support keiki to build confidence and positive behavior
- Ensure all children feel included and supported
Requirements
- Lovely to work with elementary-aged children
- Positive energy and a team-first attitude
- Dependable and ready to jump in wherever needed
- Desire to make a difference in children's lives
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
Qualifications
- Highly energetic and enthusiastic
- Ability to adapt to different situations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children is a plus
Skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of child development and safety protocols

Pay
- $18–$21/hour
Schedule
- Monday–Friday afternoons
- Approximately 1:30 PM–5:30 PM
- Wednesdays begin around 12:30 PM for early release
- No evenings
- No weekends
- No holiday shifts
