About the role
The After School Enrichment Instructor Aids will assist instructors with elementary-aged students. Duties include pre and post-testing implementation, lesson preparation and clean-up, effective communication with site leadership, and other duties as reasonably assigned.

Requirements
- Fluent in the Spanish language in both spoken and written form is a plus.
- Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a childcare setting.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have at least 48 completed college credits or have passed the paraeducator exam.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
Qualifications
AlphaBEST is seeking enthusiastic After School Enrichment Instructor Aids who want to share their love for working with children and inspire wonder in students. Ideal candidates should have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a childcare setting, be at least 18 years old, have at least 48 completed college credits or have passed the paraeducator exam, and be able to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
