About the role

TGA runs the leading school-based youth sports enrichment programs for grades K-6. We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible sports coaches to impact the lives of the children we serve and introduce golf in a fun and playful way. As a coach, you will work with small groups of children across various ages, developing their skills, physical literacy, and teamwork abilities. At YAU, we believe in using positive reinforcement and a low child-to-coach ratio to help each child feel confident, regardless of their age or skill level. With over 20 years of experience, we have a best-in-class curriculum that is specific and progressive to every child's developmental needs. Your role will be instrumental in the development of children's gross motor skills and socialization skills, making a positive impact on their lives.
