After School Care Worker

Job Responsibilities

• Essential - Safety: Ability to evaluate emergency situations and act decisively to protect children. Ensure compliance with state laws on child safety and maintain a safe environment.
• Essential - School work: Coordinate with teachers to provide support outside the classroom, assist with homework and test preparation.
• Essential - Playtime: Plan and supervise activities, ensure children are supervised at all times, and address any behavioral or emotional issues.
• PREFERRED - Bookkeeping: Maintain sign-in/sign-out logs, ensure children are picked up by authorized individuals, and collect payments according to policies.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
