After School Babysitter for Preschooler

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and friendly babysitter to pick up our 4‑year‑old daughter from her school in the Palisades and drive her home to Capitol Hill each school day. The position runs from now until the end of the school year in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Pick up the child from school in the Palisades.
• Drive the child safely to her home in Capitol Hill (approximately 30‑40 minutes one‑way).
• Engage in friendly conversation with a chatty and fun 4‑year‑old during the ride.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable car.
• Clean driving record.

Pay

$30 per day plus gas money. Open to counter offers.

Schedule

One‑way trip each school day (Monday‑Friday) until June 2027.

Additional opportunities

Occasionally there may be extra babysitting opportunities available.
