About the role
Join SURVICE Engineering in Dayton, Ohio to deliver advanced modeling and simulation analyses that support military platforms and safeguard U.S. warfighters. As an AFSIM Mission-Level Modeling & Simulation Analyst, you will build, run, and evaluate high‑fidelity mission‑level simulations using the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM). The position requires an active U.S. security clearance and U.S. citizenship, involves approximately 10% travel, and offers a salary range of $100,000‑$150,000 depending on experience and education.
Responsibilities
- Build, run, and evaluate high‑fidelity mission‑level simulations using AFSIM.
- Develop scenario development, execution, kill‑chain dynamics, and evaluation of results in operational contexts.
- Develop simulation‑based study plans, run matrices, and analytical reports to support DoD program decision‑making.
- Work independently and in dynamic, small‑team environments.
