AFSIM Mission-Level Modeling & Simulation Analyst

About the role

Responsible for developing and maintaining mission-level models and simulations to support strategic decision-making in defense and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex simulation models using advanced algorithms and software tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate model outputs.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and uncertainty assessments to improve model reliability.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in modeling and simulation.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
