AFSIM M&S Analyst
Responsibilities
The AFSIM Analyst will employ in-depth knowledge of modeling/operations research techniques to inform a variety of analyses and wargames using AFSIM. The Analyst will apply skills to solve highly complex problems using statistical analysis, parametric and non-parametric analysis, computer modeling, simulation, and regression analysis. Will be responsible for developing and executing analytical models and methods that support warfighting analyses at the engagement level. Develop and execute mission-level representations and analyses of U.S., allied, and adversary forces executing warfighting concepts of operation and advise other operations research analysts, scientists, and engineers on techniques best suited for tasked problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of total experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of AFSIM experience OR 1+ years of general M&S experience and 6+ years of military operations planning
- Strong desire to expand modeling/simulation expertise in AFSIM
- Good at study planning/executing
- Works well in collaborative environments
- Absolute Active TS/SCI clearance
- Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
