AFIB Data Abstractor : Part-Time

About the role

At Carta Healthcare, we are revolutionizing the way healthcare data is managed and used with innovative software solutions. As a Part-Time Clinical Data Abstractor, you will be responsible for abstracting and coding patient information from medical records to meet the requirements of various target registries.

Responsibilities

• Abstract and code patient information from medical records
• Maintain a 98% or higher IRR score
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• Work with various target registries

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Available for a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly

Qualifications

• Previous remote work experience preferred

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
