Duties
- Developing, modifying, tracking, and executing AFGSC factors within the Sentinel Weapon System Deployment, including schedule analysis and deconfliction.
- Providing professional advice and support to AFGSC leaders on all aspects of Sentinel fielding.
- Expertise in Sentinel Infrastructure, including but not limited to:
- Weapon system command & control
- ICBM codes/cryptography
- Nuclear command, control & communications (NC3) systems
- ICBM command pathways
- ICBM Physical security systems
Additional Areas of Knowledge and Responsibility
- Transition and Deployment Schedule Management
- Transition and Deployment Risk Management
- Mission Integration Management
- ICBM Enterprise Management
Required Skills and Education
- 10+ years’ experience in directly supporting ICBM activities
- Knowledge of weapon system Deactivation, Demilitarization, Disposal, & Deployment (D4)
- Demonstrated success in leading technical organizations
- Previous interactions with base-level entities
- Experience with Military Construction (MILCON)
- Experience working in a collaborative, multi-discipline team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with Risk Management and Mitigations
- Understanding of Earned Value Management
- Understanding of Training and Evaluation process development
- Master’s degree
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $136000 - $231200
