You are polished, engaging, and energetic. You have current or previous multifamily property management experience and are well versed in Affordable Housing practices. You have the “it” factor and are committed to applying your best in a high-energy environment.

#CM What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table

• Minimum of 2+ years supervisory background leading a Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team
• Experience in Affordable Housing, including determining eligibility, securing verifications, and completing certifications
• Knowledge of financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting
• Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws
• Computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Yardi Voyager experience (optional but valued)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (or college degree)

Pay and Benefits

This position offers $26.00 per hour, a two-bedroom unit, and quarterly bonus potential. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matches, and vacation and personal time off.
