Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role

Ella Bella is an established hair tools and hair care brand with a strong presence on Amazon. As we continue expanding across TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart, and other platforms, we're looking for someone to help grow and manage our creator and affiliate partnerships. Our main focus is TikTok Shop, but we're also building creator and affiliate partnerships across other platforms.

What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit high-quality creators and affiliates through personalized outreach across multiple platforms
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and affiliates
• Guide partners through onboarding and provide ongoing support
• Follow up regularly to keep partnerships active and engaged
• Review creator profiles, content, and performance against our partnership criteria
• Track outreach, creator activity, and partnership progress accurately
• Analyze creator performance and identify opportunities to improve recruitment, engagement, and campaign results
• Support creator campaigns, competitions, and community initiatives
• Handle day-to-day creator and affiliate tasks independently while flagging unusual situations when needed
• Help improve our creator recruitment, outreach, and affiliate partnership programs

Requirements

• Excellent written English
• Strong reading comprehension
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions accurately
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Available to work US Eastern Time business hours (night shift in the Philippines)
