About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth and acquiring new customers for our national clients through performance-based partnerships. Your primary focus will be on executing affiliate strategies, managing partner relationships, and optimizing campaigns to achieve client objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a creative and data-driven environment, contributing to impactful marketing initiatives that deliver tangible results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and continuous performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of affiliate marketing strategies, including partner recruitment, campaign planning, and budget management.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with diverse affiliate partners such as editorial publishers, content creators, and performance media networks.
  • Manage daily communication with partners, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate campaign activities.
  • Present performance updates, insights, and optimization recommendations during client meetings and status calls.
  • Oversee campaign implementation tasks, including offer setup, tracking, creative trafficking, and quality assurance.
  • Analyze campaign data to improve key performance indicators, enhance customer quality, and increase marketing spend efficiency.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay informed about new opportunities and emerging platforms within the affiliate marketing space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall marketing objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in performance-based affiliate marketing, with agency experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Awin, or Partnerize.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with campaign planning, tracking, and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
