ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model and now serve millions of users and thousands of businesses, including Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Backed by $781M in funding and a $11B valuation, we’ve expanded into three main platforms: ElevenAgents for intelligent customer experiences, ElevenCreative for generating and editing speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages, and ElevenAPI for developer access to our AI audio models.

How we work

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles—your impact matters more than your role. No task is above or beneath you.
  • AI first: We use AI across the company—from engineering to growth to operations—to move faster with higher-quality results.
  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do matches the quality of our AI models.
  • Global team: We prioritize talent, not location.

  • Growth paths: Drive impact beyond your immediate role in a dynamic team.
  • Learning & development: Annual discretionary stipend for professional growth.
  • Social travel: Annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues.
  • Annual company offsite: Past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
  • Co-working: Monthly stipend if you’re not near one of our main hubs.

About the role

We’re hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale our affiliate and partner-led referral program from the ground up. This untapped channel has enormous potential given our reach across creators, developers, and enterprises. You’ll own strategy and execution end-to-end—recruiting partners, designing commission structures, setting up tracking, and driving profitable, scalable revenue. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with experience building or scaling an affiliate program, equally comfortable with partner negotiations and unit economics.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the affiliate/partner program strategy and execution across self-serve, developer, and creator segments.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates, publishers, and creator partners.
  • Design and optimize commission, payout, and incentive structures to drive profitable growth.
  • Stand up tracking, attribution, and fraud/quality controls to ensure measurable and clean impact.
  • Partner with creative and lifecycle teams on affiliate assets, landing pages, and promo copy.
  • Manage partner relationships, performance reviews, and ongoing enablement.
  • Test partner cohorts and offers, analyze performance, iterate quickly, and document learnings.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal on payouts, agreements, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record building or scaling an affiliate/partner program that drove measurable revenue.
  • Hands-on expertise with affiliate/partner platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, Rewardful, Tune, Everflow, or similar) and tracking/attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills—understanding of attribution, incrementality, and LTV vs. payout math.
  • Experience recruiting, negotiating with, and managing affiliates, publishers, or creator partners.
  • Skilled at designing commission structures and controlling for fraud and low-quality traffic.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to write high-intent copy and brief creative teams.
  • Thrive in scrappy, high-ownership environments and are confident building a program from scratch.

Bonus

  • Experience with creator/influencer partnerships in addition to traditional affiliates.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., developers, APIs, infrastructure).
  • Familiarity with both self-serve and sales-led motions.
  • Experience standing up reporting systems or collaborating with data/BI teams.

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. You can also work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw, and other locations.
