Key Responsibilities
- Own Territory Growth & New Logo Acquisition
- Drive new business sales strategy and execution across assigned territory
- Identify, develop, and close new logo opportunities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned to growth targets
- Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key consultants and brokers
- Proactively position RFL capabilities within consultant channels
- Influence opportunity development and market perception
- Manage RFPs & Finalist Pursuits
- Lead end-to-end RFP strategy, response, and submission
- Shape deal strategy, messaging, and win themes
- Deliver compelling finalist presentations that differentiate RFL
- Navigate Pricing, Underwriting & Deal Approvals
- Partner cross-functionally to develop competitive, profitable proposals
- Develop and execute a disciplined territory and account plan
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal partners across account management, clinical, product, and underwriting
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, EAP, behavioral health, or related sales
- Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and closing complex deals
- Proven ability to lead consultant/broker relationships
- Strong experience managing RFPs and finalist presentations
- Financial acumen including pricing, underwriting, and margin management
- Executive presence with strong communication and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with employer-sponsored mental wellbeing, EAP, or behavioral health solutions
- Familiarity with public and/or national account segments
- Familiarity with multi-product or integrated health solutions
