Responsibilities
- Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (including but not limited to injecting neurotoxins, neuromodulator devices, and fillers)
- Discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs
- Leverage strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care
- Work both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider
Requirements
- Licensure & Certifications: Board-certified RN, Active and in good standing state license, Active BLS or ACLS certification, Injector certification highly preferred
- Clinical Competencies: Ability to safely administer injectable treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols, Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety, Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments
- Compliance & Documentation: Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards, Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
- Safety handling needles, sharps, and medical supplies
- Bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory
Training & Travel
- Willing to complete Rapid Advancement of MedAesthetic Partners (RAMP) 4-week paid training program (as determined by AMP leadership)
- Occasional travel for training and professional development
